The basic Fishing Trip mode comes without time pressures, while there will be 30 single player events, which are timed tournaments going up against big names from the European circuit. The game will sport both single player and multiplayer game modes. They’ve also go great names like Barrie, Little Hog and… Andy. There’s 25 of these per location, for a total of 125, each with different personalities to their base species, making them a unique challenge to try and find, learn about and catch. Dovetail Games, developer and publisher of authentic sports simulation titles, today announced that Bassmaster Fishing 2022, the Official Video Game, will release in North America and Europe on October 28th, 2021 for the PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4 home computer entertainment system, Xbox Series XS, Xbox One family of devices including the Xbox One X, and Windows PC via Steam. However, perhaps the headline feature are the new Boss Fish that are featured throughout the game. including Static fishing, Float fishing and Lure fishing, and the need to learn their habits and what types of lures they will be drawn to. There’s 36 species of fish to catch across five world locations, with a mixture of different fishing techniques required to catch them. There’s new gameplay, new fishing styles, advanced elements like water flow and an improved fish fighting experience to deal with. Coming from the makers of Euro Fishing and Fishing Sim World, Dovetail are making their fishing simulator both broader and more in depth.
